- Added WorldGuard support: set the soaps-stamina flag to deny on a region to turn stamina off there (spawn, hubs, shops, and similar areas).
- Added support for SoapsFloor (and similar games) to turn stamina off for fighters during a run, then restore it when they leave.
- Changed new-install defaults to easy survival: softer sprint, jump, fight, and mining drain so the system stays noticeable without punishing normal play.
- Changed rest and food recovery so sneak, idle, meals, second wind, and bed rest refill stamina in line with how fast you spend it.
- Changed carry weight defaults so normal gear and mining hauls tip into encumbrance later, with lighter armor pressure.
- Changed exhaustion presentation to Low by default (slowness and sweat only; no stumble or heavy breathing until you raise it).
