Hub login is for support, suggestions, and your profile. Purchases and downloads use a separate store account.
What is in a MythicMobs config pack?
Custom mobs, skills, loot, and sometimes events or structures. Each product page lists exactly what is included. Setup notes are in the wiki.
Can I request a custom MythicMobs pack?
Sometimes. Commissions depend on schedule. Ask on Discord with scope, deadline, and budget. No guaranteed delivery date until we agree on terms.
Can I edit the configuration files?
Yes. All YAML is yours to tweak. Back up before major edits. Our MythicMobs editor at editor.soapsuniverse.com can help with larger files.
What plugins do I need for your products?
MythicMobs packs need MythicMobs (premium). Some packs also use MythicCrucible, MythicLib, MMOItems, or MMOCore. Standalone plugins like SoapsQuest or SoapsFloor list their own requirements on the product page.
Do you sell plugins as well as packs?
Yes. We make MythicMobs config packs and Paper plugins. Browse the Plugins category for quest systems, minigames, tools, and more.
Are products updated for new Minecraft versions?
We update for stable Paper versions we run ourselves. Check the product page for the supported game and plugin versions before you buy.
How do I get the latest version of a product?
Download again from your account page or the product page. You always get the newest release you own. Read the changelog before updating a live server.
Can I use packs on BungeeCord or Velocity?
MythicMobs packs run on the game server, not the proxy. Install them on each Paper backend that needs the content. Proxy plugins are separate from world content.
What should I do if I find a bug?
Open a ticket on Discord with steps to reproduce, your server version, and any console errors. Verified buyers get faster help in premium channels. We fix real issues. That is part of the deal.
Can I suggest new features or content?
Yes. Post ideas in Discord or reply to changelogs. Community input often shapes what we build next.
Are your products compatible with other plugins?
Most packs work alongside popular plugins. MythicMobs itself handles many integrations. If something clashes with claims, regions, or economies, tell us and we will help troubleshoot.
How do I hear about new releases and updates?
Subscribe to the newsletter on the site, join Discord, or check the News and Changelogs pages. Purchasers can also watch product pages for new versions.
Should I test on a staging server first?
We recommend it. Load new packs or plugins on a copy of your world before you push them live. It saves downtime and angry players.
How should I credit SoapsUniverse?
A Discord link (https://discord.gg/ddEpGPeCv) or a link to https://soapsuniverse.com in your server hub or credits area is appreciated. Not required, but it helps.
What support channels are available?
Discord has open help channels for everyone, verified buyer channels per product, and a ticket system for bugs. If something is broken, we work with you until it is fixed or we find a clear workaround.
Will you keep adding new products?
Yes. New plugins, packs, and updates ship regularly. Follow News or Discord for announcements.
Can I request custom work?
Commissions and custom skills are sometimes available. Reach out on Discord with what you need and we will see if it fits the schedule.
Do you support cracked or offline-mode servers?
No. We support official Mojang accounts only.
Why can't my mob have very high health?
Check spigot.yml attribute limits. Vanilla and Spigot cap some attributes until you raise the max in config.
Why doesn't health scaling work with more players?
Player-based scaling usually applies when the mob spawns. Mobs already in the world will not retroactively change health.
Can I merge multiple hearts in MythicLib?
Yes. Edit the relevant settings in MythicLib config.yml to allow merged heart items.
Do you offer refunds?
Digital goods are generally non-refundable except for duplicate charges. See the Refunds page for the full policy.
Will your products lag my server?
We design for stability and low overhead, but results depend on your hardware and how hard you push spawns. Lower particle counts, spawn rates, and view distance if TPS drops. If you are still stuck, open a ticket and we will help tune it.
How do I install a MythicMobs pack?
Download the ZIP, extract it, and place the folders inside plugins/MythicMobs. Restart the server or run /mm reload. Check the product page and wiki for exact folder names.
How do I install a Paper plugin?
Drop the .jar file in your server plugins folder and restart. Some plugins also need a dependency such as SoapsCommon. Requirements are listed on each product page.
Why do bosses disappear after a restart?
Usually a bad install or missing files. Make sure every folder from the ZIP landed in the right place. Compare your setup with the install steps in the wiki.
Can I use your resources on multiple servers?
Yes, on servers you own or run. Redistribution, resale, or sharing files with other server owners is not allowed.
What server software do you support?
Paper and Paper forks such as Purpur. That is what we build and test on. Other forks may work, but we only guarantee support on Paper.
How do I spawn a boss manually?
Use MythicMobs: /mm m spawn <mobname> at your location. The exact internal mob name is in the pack files or wiki.
Can I rename mobs or change their models?
Yes. Edit displayname, model settings, or stats in the mob YAML. Back up files before you change them.
Why am I seeing skill errors in console?
Common causes: wrong MythicMobs version, incomplete install, or a missing dependency. Match the versions listed on the product page and re-import the files if needed.
How many bosses can I run at once?
Depends on your hardware and spawn rates. Start low, watch TPS, and scale up. Our packs are tuned for performance, but every server is different.
Can I scale mob stats per world?
Yes. Use scaling options in the mob config or world-specific spawn rules. Details vary by pack. Check the wiki for examples.
How do I create an account on SoapsUniverse?
Click Sign up, enter your email and password, and confirm your account. You need an account for paid products. Free downloads can be grabbed without signing in.
Why did I get a free file by email but cannot log in?
A free download email does not create an account. Sign up first if you want to log in. Free files will still arrive by email when you request them.
Can I transfer purchases from MythicCraft?
Yes, with proof. Send your MythicCraft purchase details in a Discord DM to @AlternativeSoap. Verified purchases can be matched to a coupon on SoapsUniverse.
What payment methods are available?
Card payments through Stripe. You get instant access to downloads after checkout completes.
Do I get updates for free after purchase?
Yes. Updates to products you already own are free. Download the latest version from your account page.
What if I lose access to my account?
Use Forgot password on the login page. If that fails, contact support on Discord with proof of purchase and we will help you recover access.
How do I download my purchases?
Log in, open Account, then My Downloads. Pick a version if the product has more than one, then download. Free products use the download button on the product page.
What are MMOCore classes?
Custom RPG classes for the MMOCore plugin: skills, progression, and balance tuned for survival and arena servers. Sold as config packs that drop into MMOCore.
Can I combine MMOCore classes with MythicMobs packs?
Yes. Our class packs are built to work with our MythicMobs content. Check each product page for required versions.
