By using the SoapsUniverse hub, creating an account, or submitting support requests, you agree to these terms.

What this site is

This hub provides documentation (wiki), news posts, changelogs, FAQ, community support tools, and account settings. Product sales are handled on the separate SoapsUniverse store under that store's terms.

Hub accounts

A hub account (email or Discord) is for support, suggestions, profile, and related hub features. It is separate from a store purchase account. Signing in here does not grant store downloads.

License and product files

Product licenses and download terms for packs and plugins are set on store product pages and in that store's policies. Do not resell, redistribute, leak, upload, or share product files against those terms.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your hub account secure and for using support and community features in good faith.

Support

We aim to provide helpful support through this hub and Discord. Support does not include custom development unless agreed separately.
