Digital products

Products sold or provided through SoapsUniverse are digital downloads for Minecraft servers, plugins, packs, and related resources. Product access is granted through your account after purchase or claim.

License and usage

Unless a product page says otherwise, your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product on servers you own or manage. You may not resell, redistribute, leak, upload, or share product files with others.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for making sure your use of our products follows any setup notes, documentation, and platform requirements.

Updates and compatibility

We may update products over time to fix issues, add improvements, or support newer versions. Compatibility can depend on your server software, plugin versions, configuration, and installed dependencies.

Support

We aim to provide helpful support through this site and Discord, but support does not include custom development unless agreed separately.
