Action-layer stamina for MMOCore or MythicRPG: action drain, inventory weight, hunger overflow, combat pressure, and recovery.
Version 1.1.6
Flow: Act → drain → combat slows regen → empty stamina can tap hunger → rest / food / bed recover.
Pressure extras (biomes, altitude, weather, mounted, mouth feedback) default off. Helpful extras (HUD choice, pack animals) default on.
