Upgrading to 1.2.4

What you must do after installing the 1.2.4 jar. Jar updates do not overwrite live YAML.

Do this

1. Full server restart with the new jar.
2. If you customized weaknesses.yml or rewards.yml, compare against Config Reference and merge keys you care about.
3. /sf reload after YAML merges.
4. Spot-check: join a room, vote a vision weakness, clear once for rewards.

What changed (owners)

Weakness vision fixes	Fog of War / Darkness work with Night Vision stripped; milk cannot wipe them for the run
Stair pack picker	Room kits no longer appear as stair packs by default
/sf schematics filters	Schematics → Templates → Stair packs; sneak+scroll cycles stair variants in preview
Rewards (1.2.3)	Map-keyed entries, always, chance, gates, /sf rewards test
