I want: hosts to buy locked floors

Let the host pay in the lobby for deeper floors before the run starts.

Steps

1. Install a currency soft dep if needed: Vault, SoapsAdmin, and/or SoapsQuest (sigils).
2. Mark floors as locked in the room editor and set a cost.
3. Join as host, open the lobby buy UI, purchase locked floors, then start.
4. Unbought locked floors are skipped; free floors still run.

Verify

Check	Passes when
Lobby	Host sees locked floors for sale before GO
Pay	Balance drops and the floor unlocks for this run
Skip	Leaving a locked floor unbought skips it
