I want: a one-way portal

Players can leave through the entrance but cannot return through the exit portal.

Steps

1. Create entrance and exit with the wand and /st add.
2. /st connect entrance exit
3. /st settype exit oneway (the one-way portal blocks use as an entrance).
4. Confirm with /st info entrance and /st info exit.

Arrivals into a one-way exit still work. Using the one-way portal itself as a walk-in entrance is blocked.
