I want: restrict who uses a portal

Limit a portal with permissions and/or conditions.

Steps

1. Keep players.permissions.per-portal-permissions: true (default).
2. Grant only trusted players st.portal.<name>.use (plus st.portal.use).
3. Add play rules: /st addcondition vip_lounge level 20 or /st manage vip_lounge → Conditions for world, biome, item, money balance, and more.
4. Test as a player without admin bypass.

Money balance checks (no charge) live in manage/GUI conditions. Charging is /st setcost — Want paid gate.

Verify

Check	Passes when
Allowed player	Teleports normally
Missing permission	Denied
Failing condition	Denied with the configured message
/st info <name>	Shows conditions / connection as expected
