Default _settings.yml

Code defaults from SoapsCommon 2.0.1 (GuiSettings.DEFAULT). Applied when a suite plugin’s gui/_settings.yml is missing.

Edit the consumer file (for example plugins/SoapsAdmin/gui/_settings.yml), not SoapsCommon.
