Vault Setup

Money Only-if and Do types need Vault and an economy plugin.

Checklist

1. Install Vault and your economy jar.
2. Put them in plugins/ with SoapsCommon.
3. Full server restart.
4. Open /soaps and add a money Do on a test automation.
5. Run Test or trigger the When.

Verify

Soft depend	Vault loads before or with Common
Money Do	Validation does not say unavailable
Balance	Economy balance changes on fire

No Vault toggle lives in engine.yml. Detection is automatic.
