I want: library only (no Event Engine)

Keep SoapsCommon for suite menus and deps, without automations or /soaps events.

Steps

1. Set engine.enabled: false in plugins/SoapsCommon/engine.yml.
2. Full server restart (engine load is fixed at boot).
3. Confirm suite plugins still enable (Admin, Quest, Floor, …).

If the engine never created a folder yet, create plugins/SoapsCommon/engine.yml from Default engine.yml first, or enable once so the file appears, then set enabled: false and restart.

Verify

Check	Passes when
Console	Common loads; engine features stay off
Suite menus	Still open (gui.enabled in that plugin)
/soaps	Engine commands unavailable or inactive
