I want: to hand out a quest paper

Edition: Free and Premium.

Steps

1. Pick a quest id from quests.yml or /sq list.
2. /sq give <player> <questId> or let them use /sq browse / /sq claim.
3. Player holds the paper and completes objectives in the world.
4. Right-click the finished paper to claim rewards.

Verify

Check	Passes when
Give	Paper appears in inventory
Lore	Progress lines update while they play
Claim	Right-click on a finished paper pays rewards
Drop	Q-drop keeps progress on that paper instance
