Vault quick path

1. Install Vault + keep economy module on.
2. vault-integration: true and set primary-economy.
3. /sa reload economy (restart if Vault was added mid-session and still missing).

Built-in balances, shop, and drops still work inside SoapsAdmin without Vault.

Verify
