I want: top-level commands (/home, /give, …)

Register /home, /spawn, wraps like /give, and other short names outside /sa.

Steps

1. Open plugins/SoapsAdmin/customcommands.yml.
2. Set settings.register-all-commands: true (ships false).
3. Keep or edit wrap entries (type: WRAP / overrides). Sensitive wraps may need forceOverride: true.
4. /sa reload customcommands (or /sa reload).

Verify

Check	Passes when
Plugin	Green; custom commands module on
Top-level	/home works without /sa prefix
Wrap	/give (if wrapped) uses SoapsAdmin give + tab
Flags	-force / -s still work on wrapped admin commands when permitted
Edge	Turning the owning module off releases the top-level name
