I want: soften or harden drain

Make stamina spend slower or faster without rewriting every skill.

Soften

• Lower action costs in /shs gui → Values, or Default actions.yml
• Lower world multipliers in Worlds and Overrides
• Raise RPG max stamina (MMOCore class / Mythic reagent max)
• Keep weight off or lower encumbrance tiers (Weight and Encumbrance)
• Leave biomes / weather / altitude off (Environment and Weather)

Harden

• Raise sprint / combat / jump costs in Values or actions.yml
• World multiplier above 1.0 for hard worlds
• Enable weight encumbrance
• Enable biomes / weather / altitude if you want climate pressure
• On MMOCore: keep block-native-regen-while-active: true so the bar does not refill mid-fight

Verify

Check	Passes when
/stamina debug	Multipliers match what you enabled
Sprint loop	Feels softer or harder than before
Empty bar	Still reaches zero under normal play (not stuck full / empty instantly)
