I want: skills share the stamina bar

Make casts and SHS movement spend the same bar.

MMOCore

1. Stay on the mmocore provider (MMOCore Setup).
2. Set a stamina cost on the MMOCore skill / class skill.
3. Sprint and cast; both should move /stamina.

MythicRPG

1. Follow MythicRPG Setup (reagent + provider).
2. On spells and profession abilities:

Cost:
- Stamina 15

1. Use the same reagent name SHS is set to (integration.mythicrpg.reagent).

Verify

Check	Passes when
Cast	/stamina drops
Sprint	Same /stamina drops
Empty	Cast fails and sprint lock feel together
